Single-room surcharge: EURO 65 only in family room possible

Reservation: with a deposit of EURO 400 within 14 days and a travel-cancellation insurance (obligatory), which we will be happy to arrange for you (price to 4 days, EURO 20, from 4 days EURO 38 for the entire family per room), your reservation is guaranteed and fixed.

No refund for offers and services not used.

The deposit amount is relinquished for cancellation from the confirmation date of reservation to 42 days before the start of the holiday.

41 - 0 days before the start of the holiday: 80% of the total price is also valid for late arrival or early departure, plus € 25 processing fee. With the conclusion of our travel-cancellation insurance, only 10% of the total price and a € 25 cancellation fee is invoiced , for early departure plus one additional night at 80 %. Cancellations are accepted only in writing, with enclosed doctor's certificate. The rebooking fee for reservations to 43 days before arrival is € 10 per procedure, the cancellation conditions are valid thereafter.

Cancellation processing fee: € 25. Rooms are ready for occupation at 2.30pm on the day of arrival; check-out by 10am. The almost all-inclusive hotel services begin and end at these times. You are welcome to use the hotel services earlier or longer for a surcharge.
