Payment - Cancellation
Our conditions
For any reservation a guarantee is mandatory to reserve your hotel room (Visa, Master Card).
The handling charge for all creditcard payment will be plus 1 %.
Reservation: with a bank deposit of EURO 400,- within 14 days and a travel-cancellation insurance (obligatory), which we will be happy to arrange for you (price to 4 days, EURO 30,- from 4 days EURO 45,- for the entire family per room), your reservation is guaranteed and fixed. With this advanced payment you accept the Habachklause payment and cancellation rules.
Please settle the outstanding payment 10 days before arriving in the hotel by bank transfer or advanced credit card payment.
For last minute reservation the total amount has to be paid in advance by bank transfer or advanced credit card payment.
In case of no show or not arriving without written cancellation from your side, Habachklause has the allowance to reduct the open amount from your creditcard, plus 1 % credit card handling charge.
No refund for offers and services not used.
Travel insurance:
Price to 4 days EURO 30,-, from 4 days EURO 45,- for the entire family per room.
The travel insurance covers cancellation in case of sickness. Only good for family members who are travelling to Habachklause. Cancellations must be in writing and must include a medical explanation by a doctor. More conditions and rules see below (cancelation).

Be informed, that the handling charge for creditcard payment will be plus 1 %.
Please include your reservation number when making a bank transfer.
In case of double family names, please include both names.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be in writing and must include a medical explanation by a doctor.
From the reservation confirmation date to 42 days prior to the booked date of arrival: the down payment amount is the amount owed.
From 41 days to – 0 days to the vacation start day, the amount owed is 80 % of the total price. This applies to delayed arrivals or early departures, as well. There is a EUR 25.00 processing fee.
If you have purchased our trip cancellation insurance, the amount owed will be 10 % of the total price plus a cancellation fee of EUR 25.00. For delayed arrival or early departure 80 % of the daily rate will be charged for one day as penalty in addition to the processing fee. To obtain benefits under the insurance policy, if you leave earlier than planned, a (local) doctor's visit and a medical attest will be required beforehand.
Reservation change fee: Up to 43 days before your trip begins, the fee is EUR 10.00 per transaction. Thereafter, the above-mentioned cancellation conditions apply.
On the day of arrival, your rooms will be ready at 2:30PM. On the day of your departure, you may check out until 10:00AM. The “almost-all inclusive hotel services” start and end at these times; we can not reimburse you for services not consumed or used.
For an extra fee, we will gladly arrange for you to be able to use the hotel's services earlier and/or longer.
