Nach Bearbeitung durch unser Reservierungsteam (innerhalb der nächsten 2 Arbeitstage) wird eure Stornorechnung an die Habachklause Finanzbuchhaltung weitergeleitet. Die Bearbeitung/Rücküberweisung kann bis zu 21 Arbeitstage betragen.

Once our reservations team has processed your request within the next 2 business days, your cancellation invoice will be forwarded to the Habachklause accounting department. Processing and the refund may take up to 21 business days.
