Our hotel ski area, the Wildkogel Arena in Bramberg/Neukirchen, is a particularly family-friendly ski area in Salzburger Land. Just 3 km from the Habachklause Family Farm Resort, it is nestled in the Kitzbühel Alps at 2,000 metres above sea level. With its 75 km of perfectly groomed ski pistes with guaranteed snow, the Wildkogel Arena offers a fantastic snow sports experience for beginners and advanced skiers from mid-December until after Easter. Both the Wildkogelbahn in Neukirchen and the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg take you comfortably up to 2,100 metres above sea level, where a fantastic view of the many 3,000 metre peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park awaits you.

It is probably the most legendary ski area in the world: nestled between the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Hahnenkamm, the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area lies between 800 and 2,000 metres above sea level. The so-called KitzSki extends over seven municipalities and the two federal states of Tyrol and Salzburg. From the world-famous "Streif" to the fantastic beginners' area - 233 km of perfectly groomed pistes and 41 km of ski routes await you in the Kitzbühel ski area. A varied piste area and numerous "gmiatliche" ski huts directly on the slopes have made KitzSki a ski area with top marks from numerous ski portals.

The largest ski area in the Zillertal extends from Zell am Ziller via Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. Look forward to 150 kilometres of pistes and 52 lifts. Here, skiers and snowboarders will find a wide range of options to suit every requirement. Almost 100% guaranteed snow and skiing up to 2,500 metres guarantee perfect skiing fun for the whole family.

With 63 kilometres of pistes, Kitzsteinhorn - Maiskogel - Kaprun is one of the 10 largest ski areas in Salzburger Land. But that's not all: the region is one of the 5 top-rated ski areas in Salzburger Land - and with an altitude of between 768 m and 3,029 m, it is also one of the 10 highest in Austria. From October to May, you can discover winter sports in all their beauty and enormous variety in Salzburg's only glacier ski area.

The sunny Schmittenhöhe boasts 77 kilometres of pistes, 30 of which are designated as blue, 28 as red and 19 as black. All levels of difficulty as well as 28 lifts and 6 feeder lifts - trassXpress, areitXpress, cityXpress, zellamseeXpress, Sonnenalmbahn and Schmittenhöhebahn - make Schmitten a dream destination. 23 huts, bars and restaurants also ensure a variety of enjoyment when stopping for refreshments.

Deep snow-covered valleys, icy watercourses and most likely tracks of hares and deer - a guided winter hike in the valleys of the Hohe Tauern National Park has a very special charm. If you prefer to go on your own, the Wildkogel and the Kitzbühel Alps await you directly opposite our hotel - here you can experience the winter-white splendour of the incomparable mountain idyll. And for those who want to hike at the very top, there is a fantastic winter hiking trail in the Wildkogel Arena ski area at 2000 metres.

You can have a romantic streak, but you don't have to: wrapped up warmly in thick blankets, gliding through the magical winter wonderland in a horse-drawn sleigh is a wonderful experience in any case. Whether alone, as a couple or with the whole family - a cosy horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snow-covered winter landscape is guaranteed to bring joy to everyone.

Tobogganing is good. But a little more excitement would be better? Then snowtubing is perfect for you. Experience this exciting trend sport with us in Bramberg. The tubing run starts at the Wennsergletscher family ski lift. Once you have taken a seat in the tyre, the fast-paced slide can begin. You hurtle down the approx. 250 metre long track - fun for the whole family!
