Just In Time - Standard rate

Deposit: € 400,- at booking
If instead of the deposit the total amount including local tax is paid, a 2% discount will be granted on the room rate.

Happy-Card from Familotel:
With the Familotel Happy-Card 5% will be deducted from the room rate. The reservation team requires the card number, expiration date and date of birth of the cardholder before completing the booking.
Those who do not have one yet can order the Happy-Card online now and save immediately.

Cancellation conditions:

up to 14 days before arrival  € 35,- processing fee
13 - 8 days before arrival  70 % from the total amount + € 35,- processing fee
7 - 0 days before arrival 90 % form the total amount + € 35,- processing fee
late arrival / early departure  100 % from the total amount

These prices are room rates that cannot be cancelled or rebooked free of charge. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged. This also applies to late arrival or early departure.

Early Bird Rate - Best price

Deposit: € 800,- at booking
If the total amount including local tax is paid instead of the deposit, a 2% discount will be granted on the room rate.

Happy-Card from Familotel:
When booking the early bird rate, the Happy Card cannot be taken into account.

Cancellation conditions:

up to 91 days before arrival € 35,- processing fee
90 - 31 days before arrival  40 % from the total amount + € 35,- processing fee
30 - 8 days before arrival 70 % from the total amount + € 35,- processing fee
7 - 0 days before arrival 90 % from the total amount + € 35,- processing fee
late arrival / early departure     100 % from the total amount

Rebooking:
For early bird reservations a one-time rebooking is possible up to 30 days before arrival for a fee of € 35,-. The deposit already paid will be transferred to the new reservation. Maximum rebooking period 365 days from the announcement of the not possible start of the journey.

The confirmed booking amount according to the first booking may not be reduced, all hotel additional services will be credited. After that the regular cancellation conditions apply. In case of last-minute rebooking due to illness (doctor's certificate required), please contact the Habachklause reservation team as soon as possible.

Redemption Greenstorm vouchers

Cancellation Policy:
The vouchers are subject to the Smart Deal price and cancellation rate and cannot be rebooked or cancelled once our booking confirmation has been issued. We recommend that you take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance, especially in relation to Corona illnesses or quarantine regulations. In the event of cancellation, the voucher will be charged in full and validated. You can settle the purchase value with the voucher amount from the respective provider with the insurance company yourself.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended. Sales and complaints are not the responsibility of the Maier GmbH & Co KG family, operators of the Habachklause. For any questions, please contact the respective sales exhibitor.

Happy Card from Familotel:
The Happy Card cannot be taken into account when redeeming a Greenstorm voucher.

Relaxed cancellation conditions due to Covid 19

In the event of ongoing or short-term official Covid 19 measures (e.g. lockdown, mandatory quarantine for returnees, entry or exit ban, travel warnings / risk area, border closures, etc.), the booking can be rebooked or canceled free of charge only on day of arrival after consultation with our reservation team or a voucher can be issued, which is redeemable for an unlimited period of time.
Wearing an FFP2 mask or mouth and nose protection for children as well as a possibly required PCR test for entry to Austria and monitored PCR or antigen tests on site are not reasons for cancellation. During the stay all our guests have the opportunity to take the required tests, including free PCR tests, in the so-called Teststraßen.This procedure applies to all price rates.

Please note:

  • Requests for rebooking, cancellation or issue of a value voucher are only possible on the day of arrival if it is certain that the vacation cannot take place in the planned period due to the above measures by decree.

  • Our offer does not include a guarantee that ski & hiking resorts will have their lifts open. The opening is also subject to the requirements of the Austrian Federal Government. Therefore, this can also not be recognized as a reason for cancellation.

  • If you cannot start your vacation with us because you are in quarantine due to a covid disease in your private environment or in your own family, this has to be covered by your private travel insurance. We recommend that you make sure that such a case is included in your travel insurance. We will charge for the not started vacation according to our regular cancellation conditions.

  • If a family member falls ill during your stay with us at the Habachklause, you unfortunately have to leave early. We will charge the entire stay and you can submit this to your travel cancellation insurance yourself.

  • If the arrival is basically possible and no official Covid-19 measures are upright, which make a journey to us or the stay with us impossible, the regular cancellation conditions apply depending on the booked price rate.

We generally recommend to book your own and also suitable travel insurance. Please check when signing the contract that a cancellation, no arrival due to a covid infection, trip interruption or even quarantine measures for extra nights on site are included. We will bill you for the booked vacation and the possible quarantine extension nights and you will receive the reimbursement from your insurance company.

General booking information

Booking guarantee:
With sending the booking confirmation the reservation is binding. The room is firmly reserved at the time of booking, the booking guarantee is made when the deposit is received.

Travel insurance:
Familotel recommends taking out hotel cancellation insurance through Allianz Travel. In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions will be applied, the settlement with the insurance company must be made by the customer.

Refund of services not consumed:
All Habachklause price rates are bound to the reservation confirmation. If the number of persons decreases during the booked arrangement, e.g. due to early departure or interruption for days, there will be no price reduction. This also applies to services not used, such as childcare, meals, additional services ...

Guaranteed room request:
For an extra charge of EUR 10,-/night there is the possibility to book a fixed room number or suites with special equipment such as laminate flooring, carpeting, bathtub or special room layout, provided that the desired room type is still available.

IMPORTANT in case of bank transfer: Please indicate the reservation number and the name on which the booking confirmation is made, so that the receipt of payment can be correctly assigned.

Transmit the credit card number, expiration date and cardholder to the reservation team so that the deposit or the total amount can be debited, depending on the price rate.

Open hotel consumptions can be settled on site with cash in Euro, EC or ATM card or VISA/MasterCard credit card.

Check-In & Check-Out

On the day of arrival the rooms and suites are ready for occupancy from 14.00, on the day of departure please vacate the rooms by 10.00. The almost all-inclusive hotel services start and end at these times.

Early Check-In from 7.00 a.m.
You are welcome to arrive at the Habachklause already for breakfast. We will do our best to hand over your booked hotel room as soon as possible. You can use the hotel services earlier or even longer for an extra charge. Breakfast on the day of arrival for children EUR 9,- and for adults EUR 14,-. Lunch on arrival/departure day for children free of charge, per adult EUR 16,-.
After a long night's drive, you can freshen up in our showers in the wellness & pool area. Of course you can also splash around.

Late Check-In after 7.30 p.m.
For all those who arrive at the Habachklause later than 7.30 p.m. and can no longer have the warm dinner, we serve snacks, cold snack platter, sandwiches or fresh salad plates on request. We offer this service until 10 p.m. in our restaurant, after that you will find your order in your hotel room. Please be sure to let us know so that we can prepare the handover of keys.

Costs of Late Check-Out
Depending on availability, you can use the hotel room longer at the following rates:

10.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.: 25% of the daily rate including lunch for the whole family.
10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.: 40 % of the daily rate including lunch, afternoon snack, coffee and cake
10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.: 50 % of the daily price including lunch, snack, coffee, cake and dinner

The daily price is always the Just-In-Time rate.

Please contact the Habachklause Guest Service Team at the reception already the day before or as early as possible. They will check if a late check-out is possible.

No refunds for any offers or services booked that have not been consumed. All consumptions will be booked on the hotel bill.
