Allergies and food intolerances
For all those Habachklause guests with allergies and food intolerances, we kindly ask to contact our food and beverage manager and chef Thomas Maier to get more information about the ingredients in our dishes. It's our pleasure to help and cook special meals for guests with food allergies. We refer to your personal responsibility before eating food which could trigger allergies or food intolerances, to ask the service staff about the ingredients.
We recommend to tell us about your allergies and food intolerances before hand. So the kitchen staff can prepare themselves for your special needs.
Debit and credit card limits outside of your home country
Mostly all debit and credit cards are limited. Kindly check your daily and weekly limits with your bank before going on holiday.
Booking conditions & room guarantee policy & deposit
Deposit - cancellation
Deposit due immediately upon booking: € 800,-
For immediate payment of the total amount incl. local tax a 2 % discount on the room rate will be granted. Please note: Last minute bookings, whose arrival is in less than 4 weeks, can not take advantage of the discount.
Happy-Card from Familotel:
With the Familotel Happy-Card 5 % will be deducted from the room rate. The reservation team requires the card number, expiration date and date of birth of the cardholder before completing the booking.
Those who do not have one yet can order the Happy-Card online now and save immediately.

Cancellation conditions:
These prices are room rates that cannot be cancelled or rebooked free of charge. In case of cancellation, 100 % of the total amount plus 55 Euro processing fee will be charged. This also applies to late arrival or early departure.

For early bird reservations confirmed till end of January 2023 a one-time rebooking is possible up to 30 days before arrival for a fee of € 55,-. The deposit already paid will be transferred to the new reservation. Maximum rebooking period 365 days from the announcement of the not possible start of the journey.
The confirmed booking amount according to the first booking may not be reduced, all hotel additional services will be credited. After that the regular cancellation conditions apply. In case of last-minute rebooking due to illness (doctor's certificate required), please contact the Habachklause reservation team as soon as possible.
General booking information
Booking guarantee:
With sending the booking confirmation the reservation is binding. The room is firmly reserved at the time of booking, the booking guarantee is made when the deposit is received.
Travel insurance:
Familotel recommends taking out hotel cancellation insurance through Allianz Travel. In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions will be applied, the settlement with the insurance company must be made by the customer.
Refund of services not consumed:
All Habachklause price rates are bound to the reservation confirmation. If the number of persons decreases during the booked arrangement, e.g. due to early departure or interruption for days, there will be no price reduction. This also applies to services not used, such as childcare, meals, additional services...
Guaranteed room request: For an extra charge of € 10,-/night there is the possibility to book a fixed room number or suites with special equipment such as laminate flooring, carpeting, bathtub or special room layout, provided that the desired room type is still available.
Check-In from 2 pm & Check-Out till 10 am
On the day of arrival, your hotel room will be ready for check in at 2 pm. On the day of your departure, please check out until 10.00 am. The “almost-all inclusive hotel services” start and end at these times; no refund for any services not consumed or used.
Early check-in from 7.30 am
With one of the two Early Arrival packages your well-deserved Habachklause holiday starts much earlier. You will receive the wellness basket with sauna and pool towels for your booked room in advance at the reception. So you can enjoy the pool and wellness area right away.
Please note that these packages do not include prior use of the booked room. Your room will be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Arrival before 2 pm is only possible with one of these two packages.
Late Check-In after 7.30 pm
For those who arriving later than 7.30 pm we will serve a snack, cold cut plate, sandwich or salads. This service is available till 10 pm in our restaurant and later it will be found in your hotel room. Kindly contact our reservation team for late check in.
Stay longer package from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. without room/suite
Treat yourself to a few more hours from Habachklause. With this package you check out as usual at 10 a.m., keep your wellness basket and bathrobes, enjoy lunch one more time and also the coffee/cake/afternoon snack and only leave at 3 p.m.

The regular room rate is always the Just-In-Time-Rate.
Late check out has to be confirmed by the Habachklause guest service team. Please contact the front desk one day before you leave to check availability. Service and consumption will be charged to your room bill.

Security and protection of your personal data:
We consider it our primary responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data you provide to us and to protect it from unauthorized access. Therefore, we use extreme care and state-of-the-art security standards to ensure maximum protection of your personal data.
As a company under private law, we are subject to the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed both by us and by our external service providers.
Definitions:
The legislator requires that personal data be processed in a lawful manner, in good faith and in a way that is comprehensible to the data subject ("lawfulness, processing in good faith, transparency"). To ensure this, we inform you about the individual legal definitions that are also used in this Privacy Policy:
Personal Data:
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Processing:
"Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, filing, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, and restriction, erasure or destruction.
Restriction of Processing:
"Restriction of processing" means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their future processing.
Profiling:
"Profiling" means any type of automated processing of personal data that consists of using such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects relating to that natural person's job performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or change of location.
Pseudonymization:
"Pseudonymization" means the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data cannot be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
File system:
"File system" means any structured collection of personal data that can be accessed according to specified criteria, whether such collection is maintained centrally or decentrally or is organized along functional or geographic lines.
Controller:
"Controller" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of processing are determined by Union or Member State law, Union or Member State law may provide for the controller or the specific criteria for its designation.
Processor:
"Processor" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Recipient:
Recipient" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to whom personal data are disclosed, whether or not a third party. However, public authorities that may receive personal data in the context of a specific investigation mandate under Union or Member State law shall not be considered as recipients; the processing of such data by the aforementioned authorities shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection rules, in accordance with the purposes of the processing.
Third Party:
Third party means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body, other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and the persons authorized to process the personal data under the direct responsibility of the controller or the processor.
Consent:
"Consent" of the data subject means any freely given specific, informed and unambiguous indication of his or her wishes in the form of a statement or other unambiguous affirmative act by which the data subject signifies his or her agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
Lawfulness of processing:
The processing of personal data is lawful only if there is a legal basis for the processing. The legal basis for processing may be Article 6 para. 1
lit. a - f DSGVO be in particular:
The data subject has given his/her consent to the processing of personal data relating to him/her for one or more specific purposes;
the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request;
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
the processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;
processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
Information about the collection of personal data:
(1) In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are, for example, name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.
(2) If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or the processing is restricted if there are legal obligations to retain data.
Collection of personal data when visiting our website:
In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. Pet - travel with dog
In some of our suites it is possible to bring a pet / dog for € 35, - per night. Please bring a dog basket, blanket, food and water bowl, food, leash and muzzle.
Dog bags for the faeces are available from reception.
As a pet owner, you are obliged to have appropriate, valid liability insurance with an insurance number of at least €18,000 for any damage caused by your pet in the hotel or on the hotel grounds. Damage is settled directly with the repair company that repairs the damage. In the event of damage, a deposit of € 4,000 is due immediately as a deposit until the damage has been fully settled.
If your dog stays alone in the room, this is only possible if it stays in your dog box. The same applies when the room/suite is cleaned by our staff. It is possible for your pet to accompany you during mealtimes or while you are in the Stüberl or lounge.

Lost & Found Service
The Habachklause lost & found service keeps all items which got forgotten or lost in our resort. If you miss personal things, please contact our guest service team by phone or mail. If you wish, we are able to send those items to your home address. Following fees have to be payed:

- middle packet - packing Euro 9,00
- large packet - packing Euro 12,00
- additional postal charges from the Post/UPS/Feedex

For extra large packet (luggage, ski equipment, ski shoes ...) we recommend to contact UPS, Feedex ... in your home country to do a pick up service here in Austria. As we know, this service will be cheaper to organize from your side.
Lost & found items which are longer than 2 months with us, will be handed over to the public waste disposal system in Bramberg.
Exceptions: Because of the European General Data Protection Regulation we are not allowed to send back the following items: mobile phones, I-Pads, laptops and personal documents, which are left in our hotel. To get back your personal items kindly contact the following services: UPS, Feedex or DHL.
On their website you can find a form for returning parcels to your home address. It's easy and the quickest and cheapest way. We recommend to make an insurance and activate the parcel tracking. So you can check online, where your lost items are. Kindly be informed that Habachklause will not take any responsibility if your parcel will got lost by one of the companys you choosed.
No liability is assumed for theft in the hotel.
Toll, road tax disc and winter tires requirement
From the 1st of November till 15th of April winter tires are compulsory by law in Austria. Also it's necessary to have a baby or child safety seat on board for each child. We recommend to all our guests to do a winter check for their own car. Additional we recommend to bring an extra antifreeze mixture and a cleaning towel for your car lights.
For all austrian highways and some mountain roads it's necessary to have a road tax disc placed on the front window of your car. You can buy this one at the ADAC-Shops or gasoline stations before entering the border of Austria.
Winter road conditions
The Austrian government sends out snow plows, cleaning up the roads to make them salt wet. If heavy snow falls, the roads can be snow-covered. We recommend to keep snow chains with you in the car. Please arrive early so you don't need to drive in the night. So you can enjoy your journey to Habachklause and see the nice mountain view during your drive.
Fair weather and snow guarantee
Habachklause does not guarantee fair weather or snow conditions in connection with a booking. Those are no reasons for complaint or cancellation.
Delayed arrival or early departure
Delayed arrival or early departure will be charged each night with 100% of the room rate.
All our room rates are non refundable. If a family member who shares the hotel room, has to leave us earlier or comes in later during the booked period we kindly inform you, that there will be no reduction from the confirmed room rate.

In case of double family names, please include both names. The reservation number is necessary to declare your payment under your name.
Downpayment or the full amount of your hotel bill can be made in advance by bank transfer.
To settle the open amount from your hotel bill you can pay us in cash (Euro only), by cashpoint card or with a debit/credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. A bank transfer for any open amount is not possible.

Laundry service
To keep the huge suitcase at home and to have more space in the car, use our laundry service. Bring your dirty clothes to the reception and they will manage it, that you will get back your clean clothes on the next day in the morning.
